Designer and Color

When we pulled this post together it was in early spring and I thought the images were too saturated to post on. The colors in these interiors are deep and rich. Cozy in feel, and are so far from the warm breeze feel of of spring and summer. I cannot believe it, but we are starting to see the change in the leaves happening. Everyone is getting ready to return to to school except those girls that just graduaded from college this spring. (yay!) Where has the time gone? Trips to San Fran and New Orleans are over and full time jobs have started. Only one more to think about a senoir year and finding a college.  Back to the interiors...there lots of bright colors with velvets and deep colored walls. Everyone is getting ready for fall.

I'm excited that fall is on it's way and these rooms look perfectly cosy for the colder weather.

Thanks for the inspiration!

I LOVE the ochre seating with the deep blue walls. What an amazing combination! I am loving orange and ochre right now!

That room in the first pic is beautiful! I actually like that the painted the crown molding the same color as the walls - quite a dramatic statement that works really well. And, the pop of color is great!
