My Skin Care Resolution

Cassandra shared her New Year's Resolution yesterday
so I thought I would share my resolution with you today.
I vow to take care of my skin this year! When I was a make-up
artist, I had all of these fabulous products at my fingertips.
Now I will have to do some online shopping in order to
fulfill my resolution of great skin. At 23, I figure there isn't
a better time to start with a great daily regime to get
great skin and anti-aging benefits.

That is a great resolution. That is also a lot of products. I need to look into some... I wash with cetaphil (at my dermatologist suggestion, use some retin A and some moisturizer/eye cream.

Happy New Year:)

Last year I discovered just how amazing Mario Badescu is...I love that cleanser and silver powder. Need to try the eye gel now! The Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer is my fav too! said...

The glycolic foaming cleanser is a staple for me. It can be a little rough at first, but you will get amazing results.

I recommend the Korres anti-aging skincare line - it's amazing!

At age 23 you are oh so wise. I have always had good skin and at 62 I am seeing I did not take as good care of my skin, which is blessed with good genes. Sunscreen, sunscreen!! Two things I wish I had done differently:
No sunbathing and taken make-up off ever single night to prevent sagging pores. Good genes can only take us so far so Kudos to YOU for taking care of yourself, you will be so glad that you did when you reach my age! Kathysue

When I was your age I tried every kind of moisturizer on the market...I've always had dry skin so it's always been an issue! Well, many years later I learned the secret. Ask your dermatologist for a prescription of LacHydrn lotion. For $10 the bottle will do face and body for months! And it's the very best there is, bar none!!
(You can also buy over the counter but it's not quite as strong). I've been using this now for about twenty years and have no dry skin at all, and along with Retinol and sunscreen, have great skin! So, that's my recommendation!
