Where's the Fridge?

While perusing our favorite kitchens, we noticed a pattern.
The photographer always skipped the fridge.
It got us thinking about what they would look like.
Would they be sub-zeros,  matching the cabinetry,
or covered in photos and memories?
As much as I love the simplicity of
an all white fridge, I'll admit it makes me extremely happy
to be in our teensy tiny kitchen and look at
the photos we've put on our fridge.
Filled with pictures of family, friends, puppies,
vacations and cards we love.
It's a special place in the apartment!

I have a stainless steel fridge and I don't think it's an eye sore either.

So interesting, wonder why that is! Love these images though.

Your right, you never see the fridge. They need to come up with a new design for refrigerates! They are kinda ugly unless it is a sub-zero and you don't see it.

I love magnets and photos on the fridge! Unfortunately magnets don't stick to our stainless steel one though :(

That is a really good point, fridges are almost never shown! Maybe it's because they're so big they would become the focal point. Or maybe everyone is hiding something...

So agree - would love to have a picture-less, junk-less fridge but love seeing my favorite shots in one place. I am even considering laminating the fridge doors with cork board so I can cover it even more! Have a great weekend, Cynthia

hello.. i agree.. i love pics all over the front of a fridge, we just scored a vintage beauty for our teeny tiny house and old ones are of course magnetic (; (such a downfall of stainless fridges) ..tiffany
