Road Trippin' It: Charleston

Next stop on our upcoming road trip is Charleston, South Carolina.
We are so looking forward to experiencing this gorgeous town!
Mom and the girls have already been, and this will be my first time.
As an Interior Designer it's been on my list of places to visit forever.

Erin, of Elements of Style recently went on a Mom Daughter trip
and they looked like they had the best time!
We are certainly going to stop into the places she recommended.
Any recommendations of places we have to visit?
We'd love to hear them!

We were just there! The Nelson home was beautiful! Eat at hanks right by the market. Takes a carriage ride because they teach you everything. Buy you treasures before sat. And sun because the price goes up. If you have a car go see the angel tree and the Boone plantation. The antiques store are way way over priced. Grab a free sample of pralines at the candy store north off the market( not the one on the corner) you will have to buy some because they are soooo good. If you are there Saturday there is a great farmers market just north of the market up on king street that is wonderful! There are no beach fronts in downtown charleston so you will have to head to fully's beach or one of the others. It's very safe down there and so beautiful. Go into some of the churches. Eat eat and eat. Bossi is also a great places to eat for pizzas or pasta. Have tons of fun.

I'll be in town too! My favorite new restaurant is Husk. My favorite classic restaurant is Virginia's on King and make sure you pop into the Macaroon Boutique!
