Graham Cracker Pie Crust

One of the best parts of Thanksgiving for us is getting together and baking. With our star Leslie in the kitchen, we usually let her take the reins. We turn the music up loud and dance around, Dad popping his head in once and a while.

There is one recipe that is tried and true in the Cole house, and that's Ina Garten's Graham Cracker Pie Crust. With only three ingredients it's easy and fun to make, the hardest part is crushing the graham crackers!

Graham Cracker Crust
1 1/2 cups graham crackers crumbs (10 crackers)
1/4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted

*We like to add a dash of cinnamon (1/4) teaspoon, depending on the type of pie you are making.

Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter in a bowl. Press into a 9-inch pie pan, making sure the sides and the bottom are an even thickness. Bake 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
