I'll admit, i'm not a morning person, which also includes
that I am not a big fan of breakfast. I love every other meal,
but just can't get into breakfast. Recently, however, I have been waking
up early to attend a work out class and delicious smoothie has become my new
breakfast routine and it is amazing how healthy and refreshed I feel after drinking a
combination of coconut water, fresh strawberries, raspberries and pineapple!
I use coconut water (it's delicious!) and really
gives me the hydration I lack from not drinking straight water.
I also like to use more raspberries than strawberries or pineapple, and it gives
the smoothie a bit of a tart taste! Some mornings, i'll even add chia seeds to add a bit of
fiber and protein and help aid in exercise performance!
